After four hours our proposal was heard.
The members of the city council remarked how unusual it would be for them to approve something that had been overwhelmingly denied by the Planning Commission. The presentations showed how the project was designed with the foremost thought of engaging and inviting and serving the community.
The City Clerk began by saying, “The resolution granting the appeal of the Conditional Use Permit, reversing the decision of the Planning Commission to deny…..”
The vote was called for ……… and it was unanimously approved! It was a privilege to witness a miracle. The work has only just begun! Thank you prayer partners.
