Concordia in partnership with CPTLN Mexico and Messiah Lutheran Church in Lincoln Nebraska is supporting the building of a lutheran daycare ministry outreach in Tijuana. Here is a short video of the daycare as it is being built. In addition to a day care, it will also house a new learning center for community children.

After four hours our proposal was heard.
The members of the city council remarked how unusual it would be for them to approve something that had been overwhelmingly denied by the Planning Commission. The presentations showed how the project was designed with the foremost thought of engaging and inviting and serving the community.
